HYPNOTHERAPY - QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Here are some of the more common questions that we are asked along with the answers.

If you have a question that is not covered here, please get in touch and we will try to answer as quickly as possible.

WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?

Hypnosis is a little like daydreaming or just before you fall asleep or wake up. you are totally in control and aware of everything that's happening.

CAN ANYONE BE HYPNOTISED?

Yes. But only if they want to be hypnotised. You cannot be made to do anything you don't want to do. Anyone with a strong personality and willingness to change, will achieve the best results.

DO YOU NEED HYPNOTHERAPY?

Take a look at some of the conditions that can be helped to overcome with hypnotherapy. Why suffer when you don't need to?

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

The aim of a good hypnotherapist is to help you in as few sessions as possible. One session to stop smoking with a top up session in the unlikely event that you do encounter any difficulties. For all other therapy you will usually feel and see the benefits in 5 sessions or less.

WILL I LOSE CONTROL?

No. You are in total control. You are fully aware of everything that is going on around you and you cannot be made to do anything that you do not want to do. In fact your senses will be more alert that the usually are.

WHAT ABOUT MY G.P ?

Always continue to take your doctors advice and medication and tell both your doctor and your hypnotherapist about respective treatments.

HOW WILL HYPNOSIS CHANGE THE WAY I FEEL?

The changes can be very subtle and you may be able to think about a situation or a memory without the same intensity or emotion.

CAN I EMAIL YOU WITH ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE ?

Yes of course you can, however I offer a free consultation to answer any questions you may have relating to your situation.
