Hypnotherapy
is considered to be a very effective treatment for anxiety and stress. Anxiety
and stress continues to become an ever more increasing difficulty to deal
with; in fact the latest reports show over 9 million people suffer from anxiety
during their lifetime. Most people have heard of the fight/flight response,
and of course this is a primitive response, which is necessary for modern
day living.
At the Observatory Practice we only use
proven techniques that work, you should expect a thorough explanation as to
why people suffer. You will learn how to prevent negative stress, how to identify
increased levels of stress, and how to deal with the situation and how to
prevent it reaching debilitating levels in a positive and responsible way.
Understanding “why” you are
suffering with these conditions will help prevent a relapse once the treatment
is complete.
