With the first anniversary of the first national lockdown approaching, it’s a good time to perhaps reflect on some of the events of the past twelve months.
Some of them may feel a little trepidation towards the idea of a needle being used. You may find some of them will be actively looking for help with hypnotherapy to overcome any minor issues which they feel towards being vaccinated.
As such, you may consider speaking with your hypnotherapist to ensure you’re up to date on all the latest thinking around techniques which can help in these situations. This could include sessions to help in reducing stress bucket levels, and, of course, a revision of the rewind and reframe procedure.
With more than 25 million people now having received their first ‘jab’ of a vaccine, and with more than two million now having received a second dose, there are still millions of people who will shortly be invited to be inoculated.
There has, of course, been a tremendous level of tragedy which has been felt across the whole country. There has also been a colossal amount of disruption which has ensured we have all had to adapt to a new way of doing things.
Everything from leaving behind a ‘physical’ realm, and moving to work on a virtual platform, through to a complete re-examination of how to effectively support clients during a national lockdown.
It goes without saying that the practice says a colossal thank you to all of our members who’ve continued to provide support and help for people who’ve looked to us to assist them in reducing their stress levels.
Simply giving a free initial consultation for someone may have made all the difference in their life on that day (or, perhaps, that week).
Likewise, to continue to support regular clients who might be unable to turn to anyone else for comfort, and providing them with a solution focused approach, could make all the difference in altering someone’s mindset and assist them in moving forwards.
Please continue to monitor all of the official advice being provided by the government to ensure you stay safe, hypnotherapy will still be available online for those that need help.
